300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training
“Go as far as you can! Go further than you can!”
- Nikos Kazantzakis
The 300-Hour Teacher Training is for yoga teachers who have already completed a 200-hour basic certification course. The 300-hour training is an advanced-level teacher training certified by Yoga Alliance.
“It is a very American thing to say, ‘I can do it all by myself,’ ‘I do not need help or improvement.’”
- Rev Jaganath Carrera
In the history of yoga, the student-teacher relationship is a sacred and necessary bind. It is through this tradition of passing down and guidance that we learn best.
A Sangha is a group of likeminded spiritual seekers: those seeking a greater understanding of depth, peace, and wellbeing. Through our Sangha, we reciprocate and accelerate each other's growth.
In this 300-hour training, we will stitch together and expand upon the many various threads of yoga philosophy, human anatomy, and functional and sustainable movement — bringing your yoga into balance.
Tuition: $4,200
No-interest payment plans are available. Email Zachy at zachy@yogaodysseynj.com for more information.
