Hot Yoga Sculpt

Ready to sweat? This rigorous class focuses on building and engaging the core strength needed to support you in more advanced postures. Yoga sculpt incorporates light weights and repetition into traditional yoga poses for a balance of flow, conditioning and breath work. This is a high intensity 50-minute class! All levels are welcome, modifications are offered.

Warm YO Vinyasa

Warm YO Vinyasa focuses a powerful flow in our studio set at 87 degrees with lower humidity. You can expect to a sweaty, powerful and meditative experience. Reconnect to the rhythm of your breath to find more steadiness and ease on and off your mat.

This open-level class is set to music. Modifications and variations will be offered to tailor the practice to your individual needs.

Hot YO Vinyasa Hour

Hot YO Vinyasa Hour is the express version of our signature yoga practice. It’s for those of you that need to come in, move around and get on with your day. You can expect to dive right into a sweaty, powerful and meditative experience. Reconnect to the rhythm of your breath to find more steadiness and ease on and off your mat.


This open-level class is set to music. Modifications and variations will be offered to tailor the practice to your individual needs.

Hot YO Power Vinyasa

Hot YO Vinyasa is our signature, upbeat yoga practice that gets you out of your head and back into your body. You’ll work hard to link together your movements and breath while you flow through a series of traditional yoga poses. And since the best things in life don’t come easily, we heat the room to about 95 degrees. It’s a sweaty, powerful and meditative experience that will help you turn down the noise of everyday life.


This open-level class is set to music. Modifications and variations will be offered to tailor the practice to your individual needs.

Hot YO Core Power Vinyasa

In this hot power vinyasa flow class, we give your core a little extra attention. Expect a strong sequence that will make you sweat along with more targeted abdominal-area exercises. A strong core keeps your back in shape and makes your whole body feel strong and healthy.

Warm Yin Yang Yoga

Warm Yin Yang Yoga blends the dynamic workout of a Hot Powerflow Vinyasa class with the slow-building intensity of a meditative yin yoga practice. This class will typically begin with yin yoga postures, which target the body’s dense connective tissues. You’ll hold these poses for a bit longer (3 to 5 minutes), allowing you to surrender and release deeply held tension. Then, the intensity builds as you move through a sweaty, powerful and challenging vinyasa flow to strengthen your muscles. At the end, more soothing and gentle yin yoga postures will be offered to help you unwind from class. Yogis of all levels will leave class feeling nourished and well-rested.

Hot YO Bikram with Vinyasa Fusion

Hot YO Bikram with Vinyasa Fusion incorporates a hot style 26-pose sequence connected with Vinyasa flow. You will be able to explore depths of strength and balancing postures, focusing on form while concentrating on breath while holding poses and moving. This class will offer challenge and peace and is available to all levels.

YO Ignite 75

This unique 75 minute hot yoga experience blends invigorating power vinyasa with cardio moves and targeted sculpting using light weights. Build strength, flexibility and endurance while moving to high-octane beats. This energizing class is open to all levels and will leave you feeling empowered and lit from within!

Warm Candlelit YO Flow

The Warm Candlelit YO Flow style is a dynamic combination of strength, sweat and relaxation in an ambient setting. This accessible flow will lead you to a state of transformation – starting with a Vinyasa flow that will sculpt, tone and hone the muscles. The last half of practice will slow down your rhythm and allow you to slide into relaxation using a restorative Yin approach and ending with yoga nidra rest. The room is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees and the ambience of the studio is set with candles, dim lighting, and soft music. Class is open to all students; modifications and variations are offered to serve the needs of all experience levels. Get ready to take your practice seriously, but yourself lightly as you explore your edge, discover your strength, and awaken your spirit.

Fits and Flow with Mollissa

Fits and Flow with Mollissa (a Katonah Yoga® Teacher) is a Hatha yoga class designed to develop skill and awareness within one’s asana and embodiment practices. Poses are considered archetypal, measured, and conscious so that you can begin to tend to your physiology in a way that leads to better fit, function, and ease. Expect to build your own internal heat. Expect breathing practices. Expect to move, articulate, and hold poses for longer periods of time. Floss, flow, and thread awareness and imagination into postures. Props are utilized as a way to construct shapes, explore and grow. Diverse language, curiosity, and playlists are really important and fun for Mollissa, so expect that… and lots of humor and humility.

Fits and Flow (non-heated)
(Katonah Yoga® class)

Fits and Flow with Mollissa (a Katonah Yoga® teacher) is a Hatha yoga class designed to develop skill and awareness within one’s asana and embodiment practices.
