Couples yoga is designed to help you reach poses with the assistance and support of a partner. Working with a partner can enhance your practice by helping you achieve poses that may be more difficult on your own. This workshop will cover the basics of couples yoga and explore trust and communication through partner exercises leading up to a couples yoga flow. Yogis of all levels are invited to come ready with a partner to have fun and take a playful flow that will build trust, communication, and strength, not only in your yoga practice but also in your relationship.
