Yoga Nidra is a meditation done lying down, so it’s accessible to anyone. The various steps induce the hypnagogic state, a dream-like trance between being awake and asleep. Old patterns and repetitive thoughts will become apparent during this time. As you release them from your subconscious mind, you’ll emerge feeling integrated and whole.
