Cheryl has designed this hand and arm balancing workshop for all levels. Whether you simply want to get more comfortable on your hands, or you're curious about more complex postures, this workshop is for you!
Through a targeted, core-based flow, we will break down the essential elements necessary to build many different arm balance variations and to properly set up for handstands from the ground up - and have a blast doing it! This session will meet you where you are, giving you the fundamental tools to successfully play on your hands with greater ease and confidence so that you can continue to build on that foundation over time. We will practice different variations on Crow pose and Flying Splits, with opportunities to explore Eight-Angle pose, Grasshopper, Firefly, Forearm Balance, and YES Handstand as well. Come curious and get ready to learn, play and take flight!
