Yin yoga is a practice of the art of listening & awareness. It brings us back to who we really are... spiritual, supreme beings living this life of humanity.
Reiki uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through your body to reduce stress and promote healing.
