Join us for five wisdom-packed workshop style classes!

Empower your college students with the skills to defend themselves and manage stress effectively. This isn’t just another workshop; it’s an investment in their safety and well-being.

Coach Christina Sorgi, — one of Yoga Odyssey’s resident yoga instructors and a licensed mental health therapist in New Jersey — will guide participants through yoga flows as well as skills building sessions, designed to reduce stress and increase coping skills. Through movement and collaborative discussions, participants will learn how to focus and restore their bodies and their which will help navigate success in college and life.

Christina will be accompanied by coach Jess Epstein, who has more than thirty years of martial arts experience. After starting karate at the age of four, Jess ventured into taekwondo, winning multiple titles. Eager to learn something new, she began her journey into Krav Maga in her early twenties. Jess has been using her world champion mentality to encourage others to be the strongest version of themselves for more than twenty years!
